Reservation Fees

Application Fee: $79/person
Admin Fee: $500/apartment
Parking Fee:
- 1st Spot: $125/month
  - Including EV Spots
- 2nd & 3rd Spot: $50/month
  - Excluding EV Spots
3-months free parking on all spots for a limited time

Current Specials

2 month free on a 15 month lease.
1 Month free for July move-ins on a 13-month lease.
6 months of free parking: $125 for 1st spot, $50 for 2nd spot (excluding EV).
48 hour “Look and Lease” to waive $500 admin fee.

Pet Fees

$350 non-refundable fee for 1 pet, $450 for 2 pets
Pet Rent: $35/month per pet

Maximum 2 pets per apartment.

Breed and weight restrictions apply. List subject to change without notice. One-time fees are non-refundable. Fees and pet rent apply to cats and dogs. Additional pet screening fees may apply.

Breed Restrictions include but not limited to: American Pitbull Terrier; Staffordshire Bull Terrier; American Staffordshire Terrier; American Bully; American Bulldog; Rottweiler; German Shepherd; Huskies; Alaskan Malamute; Doberman; Chow; Great Dane; St. Bernard; Akita; Presa Canario; wolf hybrids or any hybrid or mixed breed of the aforementioned breeds.
